COED GROUPS

Multi-Generational Sunday Group - PB

DATES: Sunday afternoons from 4:30pm-6:30pm, September 28 - December 7, 2025, Pacific Beach

DESCRIPTION: We want to have a time where we can pray with a group of people and also host a weekly potluck style dinner. During our time we can also go through the discussion questions from the weekly flyer.

COED Group (20s-30s) Thursdays (2x/Mo) - Sorrento Mesa

DATES: Thursdays, twice/month
DESCRIPTION: This group is for 20s and 30s seeking to love God, one another, and others. We are a Millennial post-college career group for both single adults and married people. We typically meet two times per month. Note: We are a mixture of couples and individuals.

Newish Parents Monthly Social Hour (kids ages 0-5) - Flood Cafe

LEADERS: Nicholas and Stephanie are parents of a child under 2 and see an opportunity to build a more robust parent community at Flood.
DATES: September 20 (3pm-4:30pm), October TBD, November, TBD
DESCRIPTION: An opportunity to get to know other Flood parents of young children in a kid-friendly environment. Bring your kid(s). Light refreshments provided.

Women's Group with Monthly Meetings - Flood Cafe

DATES: Mondays, 6:30-8:30pm, 2nd Monday of each month, Cafe*

DESCRIPTION: Looking to connect each month? Women of all ages are welcome to participate in this monthly group for women, including connection, prayer, Scripture, snacks, opportunities to serve, and more.

Women's Wednesday Morning Group - Flood Rm 206

DATES: Wednesday Mornings, 10:00-11:30am, September 10th-December 10th.

DESCRIPTION: Using Trevor Hudson’s book Discovering Our Spiritual Identity as our guide we will learn how to grow in our faith through spiritual practices to draw close to Jesus and each other.

Women's Outdoor Walking/Hiking Group - Various San Diego Trails

DESCRIPTION: This women's group will focus on sharing stories and discussing how God is working in and through our lives while enjoying God's beautiful creation outdoors. Because of the nature of different ability levels and we want to include everyone, this is not an intense hiking or walking group.

Mom's Friday Group (2x/Mo) - Santee/La Mesa

DATES: Fridays, 7-9pm, Santee/La Mesa (twice per month), Beginning September 26th

DESCRIPTION: This group is for moms of all ages and stages. Our goal is to build community, encourage one another, and become more like Jesus. This is a "no homework" group.  Simply show up and we'll dive into the topic together.

LEADER: Aaron Buttery is a chaplain at Donovan State Prison and has a passion for discipleship and prayer.

Men's Group Thursdays - San Diego

LOCATION: Rotating homes.
DESCRIPTION: We are a group of men working together to become better followers of Christ. Our group meets on Thursdays each week for a few hours and is anchored around breaking bread together, sharing in life's journey, and diving into God's word. We are diving into Be Wise: Proverbs, by Wiersbe. Our format is laid back and conducive to engaging on a deeper level.

Emotionally Healthy Relationships

September 16 - November 18

The Emotionally Healthy (EH) Relationships Course addresses core biblical principles to guide you and others into an experience of discipleship that will deeply change your life. In the EH Relationships Course, you will learn 8 practical relationship skills to develop mature, loving relationships with others. Cost: $25 (for books and materials).

Practicing the Way

September 21 - November 16

Practicing the Way is an eight-session course on Spiritual Formation. It is designed to help get you started on the journey of spiritual formation, help you get unstuck if you’ve stalled out, or just guide you into taking your next step. Ultimately, its goal is to train you to live as an apprentice of Jesus: to be with Jesus, become like him, and do as he did.

To Become One

To Become One is a small group format learning community led by married coaches for pre-engaged, engaged, and newlyweds. This 7-week course covers: The Foundation of Marriage, Finances, Family of Origin, Conflict & Communication, Personality, Sex & Intimacy. Cost: $125 for books and materials.
