So many of us feel scattered or stretched thin. Our minds are overloaded. Our bodies are tired or pushed beyond their limits. Our emotions often feel like something to control rather than a place where God meets us. And into that reality, Scripture speaks a radical invitation: “Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” (Romans 12:1) This Sunday, as we wrap up our series, we’re going to sit with Romans 12:1–8, especially verses 1 and 2. Together we’ll explore what it means to offer our bodies to God in worship, to allow Him to renew our minds, and to live as the embodied presence of Jesus, each of us bringing the gifts God has placed in us. In other words, we’ll be asking: What does an embodied faith actually look like in the real world, in our work, our families, our emotions, our schedules, and our relationships?
