Many in our church carry the quiet ache of being unseen in a culture (and sometimes even in a church) that centers couples and families. At the same time, Scripture lifts up singleness as a good, dignified, and deeply meaningful way of life. Jesus and Paul lived it! If we are going to be an embodied people shaped by the love of Christ, we must learn to honor and make room for every body and every story.

We’ll explore:

• The truth: Singleness is not a deficiency to fix but a vocation with purpose, friendship, and fruitfulness.

• The challenge: How can our whole church become a place where singles don’t feel “in between,” but fully belonging and fully deployed?
• The invitation: Practical ways married and single disciples can walk together in family-like community and holy love.

If you are single, I hope you’ll feel seen and strengthened. If you are married, I hope you’ll gain vision for how your home, group, and rhythms can embrace and empower the singles in our midst. And together, we can receive the unique gifts, perspective, and witness that our single brothers and sisters bring reminding us that our truest identity is found in Christ.
