This week, we will continue our Eastertide message series, Bury the Hatchet by exploring Paul's teaching in Romans 3:22-26. Paul emphasizes (as does Jesus) that sin is not simply the bad things we do or the good things we fail to do but sin is a destructive power that we are under. Sin is not something we can overcome on our own by trying harder but a power we must be delivered from. The good news is that the power of sin has been conquered through the death and resurrection of Jesus! May we receive and live out a ministry of reconciliation!
